Each time I take photos of this amazingly beautiful family, I feel like I’m somewhere over the rainbow! And…. this most recent shoot just seems to be along these lines. Taken about a month ago at SLO Creek Farms in Avila Beach, it was a beautiful sunny morning, flowers in full bloom, and plenty of delicious apples to go around.

So the kids have finally decided that Mr. Elf should be named Zeek!
Zeek… Ok we like it. Zeek has been giving the kiddos a few surprises this year! He is quite clever I must say. Yesterday he took a magnifying glass from the garage and then found what we think was his favorite rock from B’s rock collection. He spent ALL day examining the crystal geode!

Looks like Elf will be eating LOTS of ice cream tonight…and all day tomorrow! He’ll be ok in the freezer all that time right? He is from the North Pole.

I had the pleasure of photographing our good friends baby recently. My husband actually went to high school with baby “d’s” dad! Long time friends! This is their first lil one and so far they are doing great. Congrats for the sweet new arrival!!

Recently we took an afternoon to enjoy the sunshine and headed to SLO Creek Farms. This is the apple farm just east of the 101 freeway and it’s my favorite! This year they also have u-pick flowers and veggies as well as many many apples! It’s super beautiful out there. We went with our good friends of Sunny Side Up Mama! Hello all – After a much needed summer vacation, I’m back. School is back in session, soccer season has kicked off so now is the time to start thinking about the holidays. This year I’ve made it nice and easy… There are two mini session dates available, Friday 10/7 and Sunday 10/16. That is all folks. I will do regular sessions on any other date available between now and Saturday November 5th. I had the pleasure of photographing, Terri Seidner of Los Osos Early Childhood Education Center and her family back in spring. I just realized I hadn’t shown off this great family yet so here you go!! We went to a super cool farm and had a great time with balloons, barns, flowers etc… It was lovely! Terri owns and runs the most amazing daycare and preschool in Los Osos. Make sure to check it out if you are in need of care for your little ones! My son goes for summer camps and for after kinder care as well!!
